Had an appt today and the Dr was running a little behind which is fine things happen. I had to bring my 2yr old with me and he was being a toddler screaming his head off didnt want to be there. I felt defeated truly. I wanted to reschedule and come back. I had several wonderful ladies come to me and offer to take my son outside and rock him to try and get him to calm down. Staff are prompt to check you in, wait times have been short. I like that they cover so many services in this location. They also have sister locations nearby for other services, like mammograms. There seems to be turnaround for office / location moves for doctors often. I just wouldn't get attached to a PCP unless you are willing/able to move with them.
These people put folks who have a later appointment time before the folks whose appointment time is BEFORE theirs, AFTER them if they came in early. What kind of crap is that? What’s the point in booking an appointment then if folks can come in whenever they want and get seen? What’s the point of a virtual check in to still have to come inside and resign in and recheck in? This whole process is stupid and unfair!
Awesome service. The new doctor/PA is caring and thorough.
