Dr Hernandez was understanding and very helpful.
Everyone was very nice and cordial. Front desk receptionist needs to do some retraining. I called twice and she said no need to fast, she was wrong. When I arrive for my appointment I sat around for an hour because she forgot to tell me to go upstairs.
The doctor told me I was too young to be dealing with back problems I have back pain from 5 car accidents. I told her I’m cramping really bad 2 weeks prior my period she told me it’s normal. She proceeded to send lab didn’t include anything so I can check anemia, my sugar levels ect only for thyroids . Now I have PCOS and other nerve related issues and I don’t have a record of my levels of vitamins d . I prefer a doctor who ask questions instead of dismissing me with simple questions.
