I notice that my review of this place and PA Bradford has been removed! You can remove my review, but you can't remove the report that's been made to the board! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Took my GF here for a follow up from her recent stay in the hospital. She needed a refill on her medication and a referral. Dr. Bradford told her that she couldn't find the medication in the system, although my GF had her empty bottle from the pharmacy. Then she was told she would receive a phone call later that day from the office about her referral. Absolutely nothing was accomplished, just time and effort wasted by going here. Billing is horrendous,navigating communication is a zoo. Most communication via internet is unanswered or not recognized for return messages. There has to be a better way for people with no computer experience to see a doctor. It shouldn’t take a PHD to deal with your health. Elderly people don’t all know the jargon or have the technology to communicate with the medical field. Hospitals have got to do better
This place is very clean and welcoming. The staff and doctor's there are very kind and helpful to the people.😀 👌
