I quit going to this office in the summer of 2022 because the Dr. and I could not get on the same page. I received a bill in February of 2025 for a supposed visit in July of 22. I tried calling their billing department which is just a data center overseas. I was told my insurance denied the claim because it was inactive as of that date. I had the same insurance company from 2011 - December of 2022 when I changed jobs. It absolutely was no inactive in July of 2022. Dr Hernandez was understanding and very helpful.
Everyone was very nice and cordial. Front desk receptionist needs to do some retraining. I called twice and she said no need to fast, she was wrong. When I arrive for my appointment I sat around for an hour because she forgot to tell me to go upstairs.
