Horrible horrible horrible! Staff can’t answer simple questions not knowledgeable about patients. Very ignorant
Customer service can truly make or break an establishment! I scheduled an appointment for my son to get his physical. My appointment was canceled without speaking to me prior to and I was left a voicemail stating that he didn’t need to come in for a physical and I could drop the forms off to be completed. I stopped by this morning to drop the forms off and I informed the receptionist that I would need it back by Monday. I wasn’t going to write this review at first but I’m beyond disappointed in this office. I’m only giving 1 star because it’s required and also because I actually like Dr. Ingram as a person. I would not recommend this practice to anyone I know. - First, when they say they are going to send in a prescription, they never do it on time. I have had to wait days or call them hours later just to get my daughter’s prescriptions. -The nurses do not call you back within the 24-48 hour timeframe after leaving a message. - Do not let t... read more
When you can't get an appointment after being a patient, kids and grandchildren, for 20+ years or a prescription refill that the child takes everyday. Poor poor patient doctor communication.
Once you get an appointment here . You will be waiting for a long time to get seen by the doctor. They are very slow and un organized. I had to keep going in asking about when my child was going to get seen , that I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late for work . They are the worse I have been to with my children 0/10 don’t recommend.
