Although the staff is friendly and accommodating, it took 2 phone calls and almost a 3-week wait to have a mammogram read. This is way too long -- and -- the results are sent in the mail instead of being posted to the patient portal. This is NOT a best practice. As we all know -- all of these tests are routine -- until they're not!
