We have been “patients” for almost five years, minimal medical treatment. Still on the rare occupancy it is always a new Dr and they are not willing to help. Just now we couldn’t get flu shots and have high risk kids. My husband and I have only had bad experiences.
For most part it’s hard to get medicine refills and if you dare ask the provider for your refills you’re “attacking her” Their employee Tania is rude and will hang up on you, she will yell at you , tell u it’s not her problem she should not dealing with patients with long term health problems no compassion. Spoken to office manager she does nothing. Spoke to their regional manager apparently she never followed thru. The convenience of the practice being close is not a plus due to the rudeness. RecommendedLove, love, love the NP that helps my daughter manage her ADHD... Cryston is the best, has the greatest personality ever😊 But lord it is a BEAST when it's time to call in my daughter's med refills. I can end up spending all day trying to get through just to get her ADHD meds refilled. I have no choice but to call the office because if the kind of meds they are. if they could make that part easier, I'd be happy there.
