The phones are going down all the time. Wait times are horrible. I was worked in for an 11:30 appointment and it was 12:20 before I was called back. 12:40 now and I’m still waiting to see a doctor. This is the third time in the last 3 months I’ve waited longer than 45 minutes to be called back for an appointment
Let Dr. Howard do a breast exam and she then sent me for my annual mammogram and coded it as "diagnostic" instead of "routine" so now insurance isn't paying for it. $1000!!! for a frickin mammogram when it was time for my annual ROUTINE anyway...and she refuses to change the coding. I have NEVER in my 50+ years of getting a mammogram have I had to pay a dime even when I had to have an ultrasound! Thought I would save time & just get everything done at one place...never again! Guess a new doctor/facility is in my future.
