Dr Timson and Tufaro have been exceptionally helpful. It was on Dr Timson's advice that I moved back to LI to care for my elderly mother. Her PT had Dr Timson as a family doctor as a child, so he's got a good reputation and following. He's always helped out when mom needs a referral or prescription for care elsewhere as well. 5 stars for Dr. Timson. The 1 star is trying to get someone to pick up the phone and to take care of billing. Someone finally picked up the phone. Justin was very helpful and polite

Dr. Nido is a gem. Staff is also wonderful.
If you love to wait this is the place for you. It's all about the billing and it's obvious, they obviously cannot handle the workload, over booked. Office is cramped and small and as i sat and listened staff openly speak to patients on the phone for all the packed waiting room to hear i wondered what HIPPA laws were being violated. Terrible, will never visit this office again! No I'm sorry for the wait, nothing! A glorified urgent care looking to bill your insurance and nothing more. DO BETTER
