Cold and cruel. Gotta have the the right insurance
I called to get my prescriptions refilled like I do every month. 3 days before the date that I can get refilled and they tell me that my Dr is no longer there, so I have to come in because my new assigned Dr won't refill them without seeing me. (don't they have records) I told them that I lost my insurance. Long story short, they told me to go somewhere else that will take someone without insurance, so I did and I can't get in there for a month. So because my Dr quit, I lose my medication.
