I called to make an appointment for a basic eye exam today, September 5, 2023. The earliest appointment, for any eye doctor at Medical Associates, is February 23th, 2024. My exact words to the receptionist, "are you kidding me"? I could understand 2 months out, but 5 months out is rediculas. I am now on the cancellation list. I am very disappointed, as a newly insured senior citizen on the Medical Associates Medicare Plan.

Had a great experience with Dr. Bowman and his lasik team. The price is comparable or less than other providers, while benefitting from being local. Jaquelin the nurse was very communicative, and was able to get me in early when they had a cancellation. On the procedure side, they were professional and let me know all pre and post care thoroughly. Would recommend.
