I've been extremely disappointed ever since Medical Associates took over. Two doctors retired. I had over the years seen both and also the remaining and like all 3. I've also seen both of the new ones. Olivia is good but the other one needs to dress like a professional medical person and needs to listen to the patient. I needed a referral for a chronic injury to my physical therapist in January. She wanted to send me for all kinds of tests in Dubuque.
