Terrible experience, given very little care and charged an absurd amount for a visit that didn’t even last 30 min. Also, if you are a new patient you are charged extra; make sure you are aware of that because I wasn’t told this when I went in. Wouldn’t recommend at all to anyone. Best to look around than get care from this facility.
Went for test if it had a kidney stone. Staff was great, fast and friendly
Came in for something minor to be checked. NP who assisted scared me in to going over to the ER to get all these tests done. Never confirming that it was optional or not. Told me “we wouldn’t want to send you home and you not wake up the next day”. Leading me to think that if I did not go over and run the tests that I would die. I was very disappointed in the care I received. Dr Shafer continuously told me she doesn’t know. After getting labs, I was in extreme amount of pain, with tears in my eyes she decided to raise her voice at me after repeating multiple times i don’t know, your blood work is fine, your kidney is fine. I told her I was in a lot of pain and she just said well go to the ER then. After that she said she would put the prescription in to my pharmacy and left the room. They told my daughter they were in network but they are not. They then refused to amend the bill.
