Had a sprained back muscle that was keeping me up at night. Got charged for them to check my blood pressure and then throw me out to er due to high blood pressure due to the pain I was in. Got an EKG done in the er and confirmed it was not heart related. Waited 2 hours in the er and was told it would be a least another 3 hours before they would see me again after the EKG. Came back to the urgent care desk and was told it's policy to not see people again after transferring them to er. So have back sprain that should of been a... read more
I'd give them a 5, but when I told the check in lady that everything hurt and I was dying she said probably not.
Really quick and good care. The team at acute care and labs is awesome.
