New patient. Checking in was easy. Nice employees. Doctor was very helpful.
My current pulmonary doctor Edward Lee recently retired and his office referred all his patient here. My first experience I called and the receptionist woman who answered seemed in a rush and rude, she asked me to hold which is fine. Then stated "could you just call back because it is really busy here." I just said ok. She could have asked me for my phone number and contacted me back when the office was less hectic.
