No i had an appt on friday i got there early like i was told to then i was told i was supposed to text them and let them know i was there then the receptionist told me they called me and that I didn't have voice mail which was a blatant lie i walked out I've never felt so bad about how I was treated and I had been going there for years I guess I will find another place to go

I wonât rate the practice itself because I havenât yet made an appointment and honestly Iâm not sure I will. I called this morning for general information on how to go about making an appointment and was greeted by the rudest receptionist ELAINE. The staff was very efficient and did not have to wait long before I was seen, I have been going to the same place for at least 20 years and no problem to date.
