The individuals at this location couldn’t have been nicer from the ladies at the front office to Dasia and Joanna. Really appreciate the professionalism from start to finish.
I was in and out quickly and without delays. Very courteous, professional and polite staff who made a sometimes uncomfortable and dreadful (but necessary) procedure/visit, a very pleasant one.
My only complaint would be that the dressing rooms to change into scrubs for MRI had all broken latches. The curtains would not close all the way and it was extremely uncomfortable to be exposed that way while having to remove my bra and shirt. I hope this gets fixed right away.

On the phone, I was given inaccurate information and was told I could walk in. When I got there front desk staff were not helpful and rude, without even trying to correct the situation. I asked for office manager and she corrected it and got me in. She and the technician were professional and polite and did their jobs. They get the 4 star. The low ratings are for the lobby staff and phone staff.
The staff was so friendly and polite very professional. Made me feel like they really care. I would recommend Fresno imagining to everyone that needs their service.
I'm giving 1 star because unfortunately we do not get the option of 0 stars. Where do I start? Office staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I do not know the lady's name that was doing the ultrasounds on 9/24 at 8:30 am but I can tell you this, if you are having such a bad day that you take it out on patients just stay home. Had an ultrasound today and the technician was so nice and told me everything step by step. All the years of me having ultrasound done I’ve never experienced good care like this.
