Great place My entire extended family goes to this doctor. Most of them to Mr. Leonard the PA. No negative comments have ever been made. That is a total of 10 people. Always a doctor on call for you if yo need something after hours. Everything done electronically so my prescription is ready by the time I get to cape fear drug on Ramsey Street. Wonderful place!!!
Good to me! I don't know what these other people are talking about but I have been going there for a year now and every time I go in it has a been a pleasant experience. The people are friendly and the place is extremely clean. They make me feel comfortable and if I am going through a procedure and I feel uncomfortable they will do anything they can to satisfy me. Unprofessional behavior abuses patient's care I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly for more than 10 years. She is a wonderful doctor. BUT, her staff is absolutely awful. I feel abused. They have treated me with little respect or care. They have cancelled appointments at the last minute; sometimes not telling me until I have wasted my time and money to make the appointment. Other reviews must be going somewhere else I am very surprised by the reviews for Medical Family Arts practice. I have been going there for over 15 years and never had one problem. The offices are new and always very clean. The PA and Drs. will take the time to talk and find out what the problems are. As far as the appointments I have gotten a quick appointment if I am sick, but normally I have to wait (like any other office) for an appointment. Sometimes personality just don't click. Don't waste your time Unbelievable- never even met the PA, office staff are like the Gestapo. Don't go to this office if you can't wait 30 minutes beyond your appt. time because if you re-schedule they call you up with some cock and bull story about your having a bad attitude and that you are not welcome as a patient. These people honestly believe they have a right to deny health care prior to the practitioners evaluation of the medical records and patient. Sneaky I called to check on my forms for my job accommodation. My doctor said if I needed something filled out to drop it off and he would get it done for me so I could get a different mouse. I dropped off friday, called today she said you have to give us at least a week. Whatever.... Now she calls back and states the forms are ready and I can pick them up, but to do so I have to pay 25.00!!!! They are the best............ Very confusing to read such disparate reviews! Makes one wonder if we are all talking about the same place. I have been a Patient of Dr. Kelly since she opened her practice. So is my husband, grown children and their children. Every now and then a doctor's patient load will be so full, they can't accept any new patients for a while.
