I find it odd that the person checking you in, is asking you to see a primary care doctor at BJC. The person said it was going to be a long wait at the walk-in clinic. Also, trying to make me feel as if the walk-in was super busy. I got up to the walk-in and waited 5 minutes. You are going there to see the walk-in and know that you are going to wait. It’s very unprofessional to try and give the primary doctors office business instead of the walk-in.

Nice and professional. No waiting, daughter got diagnosed and medicine for symptoms and test results.

Took my two kiddos and I to get checked out. They were very quick. The clinic is very clean. We all were tested, given medications, and on our way home in a reasonable time. Very nice staff and just a great urgent care all together.
