I had an amazing experience, getting my reduction done here. All staff are wonderful to work with from the ladies who work the phones and the desk to the nurses, surgeon, and the anesthesiologist. Everybody there was so sweet and wonderful. Even after the surgery when I came with worries, they did nothing but validate my feelings, even if I was just anxious and healing perfectly. Very poor patient service skills in 2nd floor. Then to discourage any type of face to face contact if you have a complaint, the info desk at the hospital will not allow you to speak in person to anyone. They shove a pamphlet in your face with a 1-800 number. Go to St. Vincents. Hospital. Where patients come first.
I never had a problem. The people who work there are very nice to me. If I had a question the ladies who are at the desk try to help and the same with the Dr. I had cancer of the thyroid and the doctor put me at ease about what was going on.
