Disorganized and poor follow-up. I had to get a test done here, and I waited two months to get in. I got to the appointment, and they claimed I had no health coverage, which delayed the appointment by almost 20 minutes. After confirming with my insurance company that I did indeed have coverage, the secretary clicked a button on the computer and confirmed that I actually did have coverage. So human error.
