Was on time for appointment at 8:30 am, waited 20 minutes in lobby ,when called to the back wad told there were 4 people in front of me, not sure how that many appointments were in front of me so early in the day, was told by nurse Dr ahrens was already very behind. This is a consistent problem here, the wait times are crazy, I will never be back to this clinic, my time is just as important as dr ahrens time. Dr Treacy was great and the nurses and staff at both the Pavilion and the Med Arts building were very kind and helpful.

Dr. Kevin Tracy, horrible experience with cataract surgery, this guy will waste your time every step of the way, hours waiting for him in clinic, wears isolation garb, but scratches his head with gloves on then touches your eye. 11 months after surgery I still have pain and it feels like there's gravel in my eye, he says you'll get used to it. Don't go see this dinosaur, he's old school and you must bow down to him. I'm sure there are better surgeons that can fix your eyes. Follow up appointment, all his surgeries for the pa... read more
