#1 Dr. had some rude things to say about my procedure to the nurse when I was waking up from surgery... I guess he thought I was "under" enough that I could not hear him. Received a bill in the mail a year and a half after surgery. Insurance company is telling me they had not paid the bill because they were waiting on information from this company. Call to pay bill. Trying to call their listed number to make a payment by phone and get a message saying "this number has not been allocated". I've done this numerous times in the past - are they still in business? Is there another number?
Trying to get in touch with them since December to make a payment. Phone number is not working, no reply to emails, and the hospital building staff said they just up and left from their office. Updating this review as of March 16, 2018. Someone from the business cashed my payment check on March 13, 2018 that I mailed back on Dec 6, 2017. Included with my check was a letter with all my contact info asking someone to call me about the remainder of my bill. No call or email!
I have to give this a star to be rated. When calling the phone never rings it just hangs up. And by chance you do get one ring it turns into a busy signal then hangs up. They have double charged me and I can't even get them on the phone to fix it. Horrible, hate even giving it one star.
I called to double-check on the validity of a bill I had received (I thought I had paid it since I also received another one for the exact same amount from the surgery center). The woman to whom I spoke was very rude and said that I had spoken to her manager previously---I've never called the practice. Also, they have no means of paying your bill online so I will have to call and speak to her again or mail it in and hope it makes it on time.
