Not going to get into the details of my claim, but they have been super unreliable. Also, the person in charge of my claim got upset that I tried to get in touch before 2 pm with office hours of 8am to 5pm.
Some reviews on here do not make sense for this company. This company does an excellent job handling the medical management for workers' comp claims!
Will not answer their phones or call back after months of calling and leaving voicemails.
