There phone doesnt work are they even in business
Never helped Karen talked too much about personal problems to the point were it was unprofessional. Also her unprofessionalism was also in the people she hired to make appointments. This company she hired made many mistakes.
I had a Groupon and used it here. This was my first time trying acupuncture and was going to have a consultation and treatment in one session. Finding the place was kind of difficult but once I called they were able to help. Overall the place isn’t very nice, it’s pretty old and out dated. Karen was nice but I didn’t really feel like I got a true consultation. She just seemed to focus on one thing and started the treatment about 2 minutes in. Very soothing atmosphere and Karen's an excellent and thorough practitioner. She performed electro-acupuncture on me - which I've never been offered before - and I believe made a significant improvement. I'd recommend her to anyone looking for acupuncture!
I paid a groupon deal for my daughter who is suffering with back pain. She scheduled but the day of the appointment she had to cancel as her son was with high fever. A month later she calls to reschedule and is told that she has to pay a fee for cancelation. We were never a customer there! No one told her about cancelation fee on the phone. When she brought that up, she was told the cancelation policy is on the website.
