Adam is absolutely wonderful. Accommodating and helpful. Great way to stay when you need something temporary.
Had a short term rental at The Stella at Medical Center in August and September of this year while my husband underwent cancer treatment at MD Anderson. The Stella was a mile from the Proton Radiation facility and we were able to drive there and back very quickly. Shuttle service was available but drove as he had early appts before shuttle started running for the day. Staff friendly and Jeremy and his maintenance crew quickly took care of any issue we had. Our stay at the Maroneal was all we needed it to be - clean, well-furnished, and comfortable in a great location. The electric recliner/lift chair was essential for a family member recovering from major surgery as she could not lay flat. The location felt very safe and was in an area of beautiful historic homes. It was close to the Medical Center, a CVS, many restaurants, etc. This was a last minute rental, and Cathy was very accomodating. Apartment was very nice. Loved the gated community very close to Md Anderson. You could message anytime for anything and owner responded right away. Beds were comfy and being able to have separate rooms were great. We would definitely be coming back here in December for my daughters surgery.
We stayed in a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath apartment on the first floor, which even had a garage with direct entry into the unit — very convenient! The location was perfect, just minutes from MD Anderson and Houston Methodist. From our first phone call to the final walkthrough, the entire experience was outstanding. The team took the time to help us find the apartment that best fit our needs, and Kathy was wonderful when showing us the space.
