Very poor system. Disorganized. Has no decency to apologize to problems caused to patient. Do not ever come to this center. The government needs to discipline this.
Avoid this place if you can!!! Disorganization and HIPAA violations. I went here to get a covid test right before NYE so I tried to give them some slack for the hour long wait even though I’d made an appointment. I was told to wait in my car and when I called after 45 minutes to see where I was in line they didn’t pick up (this will become a theme). I walk in 15 minutes later and they say they called me but it was busy, which is impossible given its 1) an iPhone and doesn’t do a busy signal and 2) I was not talking to anyone... read more
