I was seen and prescribed a medication that gave me a really bad allergic reaction. I called to be advised on what to do and was told someone will reach out to me. It's been almost a week and no one has contacted me yet. Ultimately, I stopped taking the medicine and was left with the same issue that I went there for. Thank God the side effects of this medication weren't deadly or critical. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at an Urgent Care/Doctor’s Office. I had scheduled an appointment on Zocdoc which the office had canceled at 10:40. Mind you my appointment was at 11. Then I’m trying to set up a new appointment and the link that they are trying to send me to confirm authorizing my card did not go to my phone. After getting off the phone with them, all the links come through. This office just seems unorganized.
