I came here for a covid vaccine appointment, and the staff onsite were kind and helpful. I am currently unemployed and in between jobs, so I do not have health insurance. They told me I had to pay a $50 "administrative fee," to cover the cost per company policy. The CDC has made it clear that vaccine providers should not charge patients anything, including administrative fees or copays. I ended up filing a complaint with HHS because this policy is completely unacceptable.
In and out in under 10 minutes. No wait. No appointment. Just walk in. Received a phone call with the results same day. Couldn’t have been happier.
I went to this place for a COVID-19 test required for traveling overseas. Since I am aware of possible delays I took the test 4 days in advance. The team in charge of the tests very friendly and organized. I insisted three times that I needed the results in less than 72 hours. The team took note of it. Same day, I got a call from the Doctor - I informed her -once again- about the reason for the test and the need to have it in 72 hours.
