One person who orders glasses. My daughter had her appt on the 14th and didnt get her glasses ordered until the 23rd. She cant see without them. They act like its no big deal but to a 6 year old its everything.
My son has disability Medicaid and we had recently moved to Nampa and needed an eye glass appointment..... The completely separate building and old chairs and equipment used for Medicaid patients was alarming. And, the treatment from the optometrist we saw was pretty bad. They have the nice building across the street and completely segregate low income and disabled patients from their other patients. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Brought my granddaughter here for her first eye exam. Doctors were thorough the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great experience. Picked up her prescription glasses and was even given cleaning solution.
