I am absolutely pissed, I asked my mothers case worker AM last year did I need to recertify my moms insurance, because this happened to her last year and she told me clearly "no". Now my mother Medicaid case is closed because I didn't recertify. She is no longer able to get her feminine supplies, her home health aide has been stopped and I have to work. What an absolute catastrophe! Phone numbers are all re-directs, reps that are not trained and a system where patients cannot even call to access EOB's or claim status information. I have received 13 different phone numbers from Reps, ranging to bogus numbers, to OIG phone numbers and not one single person can tell me who we speak with, or an accurate phone number for pulling Date of Service information from a claim. Closing before 5pm. Does not answer phones! Horrible customer service. Waited on the phone on hold for over 45 minutes.
Hate i moved to Columbia south Carolina they ask me to terminated everything in nc and its been 2 months without meds bcuz no Medicaid haven't heard them or nothing when i call everyone playing dumb and don't know anything its a sad situation. Once again I done move from this sorry azz state back to nc all I ask for my termination letter to transfer my medicaid to nc they want even send my letter.
