I am absolutely pissed, I asked my mothers case worker AM last year did I need to recertify my moms insurance, because this happened to her last year and she told me clearly "no". Now my mother Medicaid case is closed because I didn't recertify. She is no longer able to get her feminine supplies, her home health aide has been stopped and I have to work.
