Love the workers. They are all so friendly.
This review does not speak to the staff’s professionalism or demeanor. Two out of the last three times I have scheduled an appointment on their site while logged into their system, I have been told when I arrive and go through the questions that they have a surplus for my blood type and cannot do the AYLX (double red) donation. Don't go here! They don't have a clue how to insert a needle to get blood!
Always a great place to donate. I cannot speak on the platelet machine but im usually in and out in 30 min for whole blood. Lots of snacks and drinks too.
