I've donated blood for 4 decades now and here at Medic Farragut since 2006. Blood donors can be Lifesavers for many critical care patients and I've always had quality and friendly service at this location. That is why it pains me to edit my review from five stars two only one due to marketing gimmicks. If you mail a 10+ gallon donor a postcard offering a gift card or other form of thanks, then tell them it is only valid for donors when they arrive, then you have no clue what is going on. Super quick, easy, and pleasant experience all around. I usually donate blood every few months through a mobile team that comes to my job, but I've been eligible for over a month without a new scheduled date in sight. This was my first time at the Farragut location. When I walked in, a friendly receptionist greeted me. After filling out the usual questionnaire, I waited no more than a minute before being taken back. Every employee was nice, respectful, and attentive. All the rooms were neat and clean.
