They have some dangerous drivers i had one driver that was on the phone and eating whole she was steering with her knee. Very unprofessional very dangerous unacceptable.
Our recent experience indicates a significant delay in transportation services, with a reported wait time of three hours for a ride home.
Most of the drivers are good except for one very rude and uncaring eats while driving on the phone the entire time
One of the Medic Coach Service drivers drove through the clearly marked "Resident Only" entrance gate arm yesterday (12/5/23) at approximately 4:54 pm. We've got the footage to prove it. They didn't even bother to inform our gatehouse security officer of what happened. This is not very becoming of a professional health service provider in my opinion. The property management company may be contacting you regarding this matter.
