Our recent experience indicates a significant delay in transportation services, with a reported wait time of three hours for a ride home.
Most of the drivers are good except for one very rude and uncaring eats while driving on the phone the entire time
One of the Medic Coach Service drivers drove through the clearly marked "Resident Only" entrance gate arm yesterday (12/5/23) at approximately 4:54 pm. We've got the footage to prove it. They didn't even bother to inform our gatehouse security officer of what happened. This is not very becoming of a professional health service provider in my opinion. The property management company may be contacting you regarding this matter.
The drivers are cool, but dispatch hurts the whole company. The dispatch is the back bone of the company but with Medic Coach the dispatch don't know what the he'll she is doing gives the company a bad rep.
