Whenever they park at the plaza with Cardenas and dds they leave their lights on in the middle of the night just glaring at people. It’s still rude. Please turn the lights off when you’re sitting idly
Service: service is phenomenal. EMTs and paramedics are great at their job. It’s management. This is a family-owned and operated business with four owners. Two of the owners have very high expectations and can be quite harsh, often yelling at employees. The other two owners are much kinder and more supportive. If you don't have a strong mindset, this job is not for you. You're likely to be yelled at frequently, even for things that aren't your fault. Was in an accident 2 years ago. I denied medical assistance as my insurance wouldn’t cover the cost of an ambulance ride for myself. My child who was with me. I said yes she has insurance you can treat her. They now want to charge almost 5 thousand toara even though her insurance completely covered the cost of her ride and medical services provided while I rode with her AS HER GUARDIAN again rejecting any medical assistance for myself until I walked through the hospital doors.
