The lady at there answering service is horribly rude. Tried getting paperwork that at least stated they picked up my ex after he tried to off himself in front of me then fled when he found out the cops were coming and they refused even though I’m in the middle of trying to get a PPO against the individual. They stated they could not give me any information at ALL even though I work with HIPAA and I know that is a flat out lie! Absolutely the worst service ever. They picked me up at a restaurant where I had just had a seizure, the EMT told me I didn't have a seizure and that I was having an anxiety attack. Gave me the option of going home or to the hospital, I chose the hospital where I stayed for five days. Hospital confirmed I had a seizure even though I'd never had one before. They did nothing for me on the ambulance except for some oxygen, then I get a bill for over 1700 , absolutely ridiculous.
If I can give you all 0 stars I would. Before I ever use your company I’ll rather walk. First off I work in Michigan and needed service I didn’t ask I repeat I DID NOT ask to be transported back to Michigan City where I live for service. They could’ve took me to the nearest hospital in Michigan but NOO they money hungry and wanted to eat up my insurance instead . I called them and they showed up. The driver got in the back instead of just driving me to the hospital. He started asking me what would be the benefit of me going to the hospital. I was running a fever of 101. I will NEVER have him take me anywhere.
