I've known Eric for several years now and I finally had the opportunity to mediate with him a few weeks ago. He did an amazing job of establishing a great rapport with both my client and the opposing party and his calm and focused demeanor served to keep everyone's eyes on the ball and get the case settled with a great result for my client. I would not hesitate to use Eric as a mediator again. In fact, we have another mediation scheduled with him in a few months.
