$800 wasted.I was victim of identity theft and they charge $19000 to Bank of America. I presented the police report and information to these people who acted as attorneys. Rather than advocate for me, they collected the $800 and just forwarded the bills from BOA. I now owe $20,000 to BOA for a credit card I didn't open and the payments will run over 10 years. They literally did not do anything to assist, rather, they made it worse.

I paid them over $800 to help mediate a debt with a company at the beginning of this year. There was no acceptable resolution reached and I ended up having to go to court. No help. There was also very bad communication where I wouldn't hear from him for months at a time despite several emails and calls to him.

Mediation USA deserves a "Z" on the BBB rating scale. They deserve a zero on any rating scale. The Dispute Reslolution Center of the Florida Supreme Court had them in a hearing and found them guilty of about a dozen charges. They are lying scammers and cheaters. The penalties imposed on them were that Dale ****** (principal) was suspended for one year and his son Zak was Barred from even applying to become a certified mediator for two years.They are the cancer of the mediation business.
