I just completed the 40-hr basic course and am highly satisfied. If you are looking to learn from experts with real-world experiences, this training will not disappoint. The interactions with the instructors in a small group setting provide intensive, personalized instruction. Significant time is dedicated to practicing skills. You will work hard and you will be rewarded for your effort. Highly recommend!

The 3-day Business/Employment workshop I just attended was phenomenal. The conflict resolution techniques and experiences shared through instructional videos, group discussion and role playing will be with me forever. We had a small engaging group of wonderful interesting people from diverse backgrounds whose experiences added to the richness of the learning experience. Carl and Audrey provided much insight into the world of conflict resolution and many pleasant memories. I highly recommend this workshop.
