Not even getting half of a one gig plan, 300mbps with 5 mbps of upload, Internet is unusable for gaming almost 2 seconds latency
As a mom and dad who both work at home having stable Internet connection is mandatory. In the past week, our Wi-Fi was out for about four days straight and then on and off ever since then. Without Wi-Fi, we cannot work. Without work, we do not get paid. This is absolutely unacceptable. Therefore I am deactivating my account just like hundreds of my other neighbors considering this has been all over Facebook for the last week. Fingers crossed for Starlink
I live in Ocean View and this past week has been horrible. They sent out a text on Monday 3 hours after service was down stating we would have a brief nine hour outage for upgrades. It wasn't back for an additional 48 hours (Wednesday afternoon)and has been sporadic for the next three days, I am writing this during another downtime Saturday afternoon.
Another weekend without tv or wi-fi, the worst product I've ever purchased . Your sales people promise a product that you don't poss
