Mediacom has the worst internet service I have experienced in the United States. This is 2026. Why can’t you provide reliable service yet?
Mediacom is sending a tech 4 days after my problem. So unacceptable. The internet service is so bad that I cannot stream anything. So terrible If I had another choice I would drop and replace yesterday.

Very pleased with the service… Our tech, Austin, arrived on time, was very professional, and addressed the issues. He cleaned up afterwards, explained everything he was doing as he went along.
