Extremely disappointed! I have had internet with mediacom since 2021 and never had issues. I also have eero which they said was required in order to ensure I have strong connection however, Over the last 3 months my internet has barely worked. When I call they send a signal to my modem and schedule a technician. Shortly after sending a signal my internet starts working and I cancel the appointment. I pay for internet but have to go places with free internet like Starbucks literally a couple cities away in Diamond or Morris just to check email and do school work. Mediacom is by far the worst isp I’ve ever dealt with in my life. It’s to the point where it’s affecting other aspects of life…like my ecobee thermostat that keeps turning off my A/C because of my unstable internet connection. Friendly helpful staff. Always quick to repair any problems. Slightly too expensive
Cost way to much my truck payment is 20 dollars more then my cable bill was Can't do it no more
