Lose's internet connection at least eight times a day would not use ever again
Legitimately the absolute worst internet service I have ever encountered. Consistent internet drops that last anywhere from 30 seconds multiple times, to hours on end. How can your business operate this way?! You dont offer fiber(which honestly don't think would be much better on the reliability side of things) in our area at all. This is horrendous and there should be no way you can continue to provide whatever this is thay you are providing because it isnt internet access thats for sure!
I have been with mediacom since moving to my new home. Countless issues, constant and frequently bad internet connection, service techs who can only solve no internet issues they cannot solve service line issues and don't take you seriously when you tell them even with a wired connection your "high speed" connection you pay for is sub standard.
