** EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH MEDIACOM — 7 YEARS AS A CUSTOMER AND THIS IS HOW IT’S HANDLED ** I have been a Mediacom customer for **SEVEN YEARS**, and after this experience, I am seriously questioning why I have continued to give this company my business. One of their drivers ran the stop arm and stop light while my small children were getting off the school bus. I tried calling to report it and they said they couldn’t help. They also said they didn’t have “anyone higher” to speak to like a manager. So I asked what they could do and the lady said she’d open a ticket and someone would call me back. We had Mediacom for years. Our bill crept up to $130 per month, the download speed fell to under 60mbps, and the connections routinely went out. I just switched to a company doing 250mbps for $75 monthly. So yea, I feel a little scammed by Mediacom.
ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! I've had them here once a month to make a fix and still have to call time and time again. I work in medical software where I have active surgeries on a table and loose connection ALL THE TIME. This company does nor deserve your business or consideration. Support always gives the same rhetoric and never can do anything for anyone. STAY AWAY
The worst cable provider i have ever seen they sell customer's trash devices that don't work than try and lie and say mediacom TV works anywhere and it doesn't this office is running mediacom into the ground iptv sucks mediacom is horrible horrible horrible
