My biggest problem so be aware if electricity goes out your internet will not come back on for a few days. It is super frustrating especially when you need the Internet for school. It's nice to be able to communicate through text with a Mediacom employee which they all seem to be pleasant. But the friendly staff is not going to keep me with this company. One thing I would say if there's an outage why do they keep asking me if there's a cord unplugged? Did the outage come and unplug my stuff? I don't get it. Also pay attentio... read more
Good service customer service helpful
I'm about to look into a different provider. It goes out every 15-30mins. I've restarted both devices (TV and router) to get the same results. Not worth what I'm paying.
