Do you guys cover prior lake 55372
Terrible internet service. Goes out constantly and takes hours and hours to be resolved. Don’t ever use this company for internet.
We will never use Mediacom again for cable or for internet! Years ago they were good company. At a fairly reasonable price now it's so out of control I will never recommend them and will never hook back up to them again.
Every month, three days before the bill is due, they cut off the service. I think it’s automated, because I’ve been monitoring it ever since I signed up, yet when I call, they claim they had no idea. I hope they remove that, because it's annoying.
I saw the low rating and was ready for the worst. That front desk lady Mary is a one woman wrecking crew. She is working with people in person and also helpdesking people on the phone. She took care of the person on the phone, followed by helping the man in front of us and then helping us in a timely manner. I hope she has a great day. She seemed like she had this all on lock while also being slightly overwhelmed. All the power to her.
