Great company, made everything so easy. Where I used to live in Springfield, MO, there were very few internet providers. Mediacom had the best price and gave me great service. I had really fast internet, reliable service, easy install and they were right on time to do the install. I moved out of the area and when I returned the equipment, they gave me a credit for the rest of the month without my even asking, gave me a receipt, and were just so nice and sooo easy to deal with. Zero stars. Almost always out. Never works. Their online app never works. Always makes you reset your pw and then the 2 factor authentication doesn’t work. I’ve related the straps and stuck in a loop. Haven’t been able to pay my bill for 2 months bc the app won’t let me in to pay it. Switching to someone else. Bc this has been a nightmare. Save your self the trouble and the like me bc they’re cheaper. The stories I could tell about Mediacom's business "services" and the nightmares with (over) billing, multiple requests for their lines to be buried AFTER A YEAR, phone calls never returned, etc. I will never do business with Mediacom again. C.U.'s SpringNet business internet has been amazing, no increases in 3 years, service has never failed.
Excellent cheerful service. Has to exchange routers and it couldn't be simpler.
