Internet randomly goes out or is getting fixed in the area over the past few months way too many times lately. Leaving ones without an internet source. Internet has been out for 13+ hrs and they keep pushing back the resolution time.
Went to drop off my equipment and the computer was down...but a friendly lady behind the desk help me out...and show me way I can drop my equipment off @ in the drop box..
The internet is horrible it goes out at least once a day don’t pay the money just go to WOW so much better
I have been with Mediacom for over 20 years and lately they have the worst service. My internet has been out for a month. I have an old box and it is being replaced with a new one. The technician for install has been scheduled 3 times and has been a no show for the 3rd time today. Mediacom tech is being rescheduled for tomorrow for #4. I can not use my computer i have to go elsewhere to complete work. I am still being charged. This is the worst customer service I have ever experience.
This is the WORST cable company EVER! It seems as if there are constant problems with this service. The channels pixelate constantly or just freeze up and then the screen goes black. The wifi also goes in and out where I am constantly having to reset my router even though Mediacom supposedly replaced it with a better model after I upgraded. I wish Comcast was here because I would drop this horrible company in a heartbeat. If I could give them below zero stars I would!
