I never usually leave reviews but this is insane. It’s been two weeks since we have paid for internet to be installed and we waited the first week to have someone come install it, he shows up and says he can’t install it because I need authorization from my landlord which they could’ve told me in advance so they rescheduled me days later for a morning appointment, and NEVER SHOWED. Horrible horrible horrible ! This is a joke ! We've been trying to hook internet up at our new home for over a week ! This customer service is a complete joke !! No one knows what they are doing ! Every time we call we are told something different! After an entire week , we are now told there is a balance owed from 2016, we've. Had mediacom but are only moving it to another address.
