One of the worst wifi companies, Ive ever had. If you want your wifi to be down for 2-4 hours every single day because of there “maintenance” go ahead with mediacom. Every single day its a different issue and you wont have wifi. Worst customer service, techs are even worse. If you want shit wifi go with mediacom!
Worst internet service I’ve ever had. Worst customer service experienced when trying to trouble shoot ongoing and reoccurring issues. Absolutely no resolutions when it comes to making things right. Terrible company, terrible internet, overall poor experience ://
I never usually leave reviews but this is insane. It’s been two weeks since we have paid for internet to be installed and we waited the first week to have someone come install it, he shows up and says he can’t install it because I need authorization from my landlord which they could’ve told me in advance so they rescheduled me days later for a morning appointment, and NEVER SHOWED.
