the worst service!!!!!! its always down and you pay for service when its down constantly
Worst internet provider. Constant internet outages. The McDonalds WiFi is more reliable.
Possibly the worst internet I’ve ever had. Inconsistent, goes down about once a week, sometimes it’s just my house for seemingly no reason and sometimes it’s my whole town. Their only solution ever is to send out a technician which 90% of the time they charge you for because they can’t figure out why their terrible Internet isn’t working either. $130 a month for the worst Internet I’ve ever had is a scam. Frontier fiber is coming to my town and I can’t wait for this company to crash and burn here.
We just signed up after seeing the flyer that said price guarantee for 2 years with no hidden fees. I called and verified, we signed up, they came out and installed. We immediately received a survey and I responded good bc we didn’t have time to check everything and things looked ok and the tech was nice. We could not get our computers to connect, phones took quite a few tries, and speed was in the 70s not the gig advertised.
