WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Brian is truly a scammer. Paid him around $2,500 to hydroseed with beyond poor results. Brian came at night to hydroseed (should have been my first clue) and turned my yard into a complete mess. My lawn is sparse at best and he will not return phone calls to make it right. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Brian Read is a scam artist. In the beginning, he was prompt and followed through with his word. He quoted a good price to prep and hydro seed my lawn. I had even asked him if the time of year he was proposing to seed (middle of summer) was the most opportune time as I was concerned about heat. He assured me that the hydro seed, as long as I watered it every day, would grow. He also guaranteed me the grass would grow or he would reseed. Notice his other 5 star reviews review the exact same places. Con artist. This contractor has changed his place of business repeatedly to avoid his negative reviews. He is a thief, and will take advantage of you. Even his pictures are fake. He sells hydroseeding that never grows, promises to return, and never does. Do not make the mistake I did. Hire someone else. Check the internet for his other negative reviews under different locations.
