I would like to express my concerns regarding the service provided. It has been observed that she encourages clients to leave reviews on Google, yet if assistance is required, there is a noticeable lack of responsiveness, as calls are not returned. Based on these experiences, I cannot recommend this service.
Amazing work done, The Water Doctor team went above and beyond in explaining each step on what was being done. I did not have a water loop installed for my water softner and tbh they left everything looking very neat and clean as if it was pre-installed. I highly recommend them.
Hugo and company arrived early for our water softener installation. He did an outstanding job linking my whole house filter system to the new water softener. He went over everything required to have the best results possible. He tested my hard water before and after installation and left me a sample kit. I also got the best deal around, icing on the cake.
