The worst real estate!! – I have been living in their apartment for almost 20 month. The maintenance is merely ok, but Media real estate spend money for junk things and raise tenant's rental fee for 30 to 50 below. The garage is extremely dirty, and they never clean up. If you are not following under their policy or rule in their apartments, the manager or the real estate people will give you a extremely quick response for your mistakes or throw your stuff away without giving you a notice which is really ridiculous to me.
