June 1st I had an appointment for 2 fillings with a co-pay of $68 so I paid that before I even went back to the room with the doctor. Upon checking out I was stopped by Jordan who informed me that I a balance from 08/2020 and 12/2019. My first issue, If I had a balance why was I never billed? Why was it never communicated with me at the following appointments? After not seeing a dentist for 9 months decide to give this practice a try knowing that I needed two implants. I have had many crowns, bridges and implants so I am no stranger to dental practices. Had my teeth cleaning there two weeks ago and made the appointment to see the periodontist whom is only there on Thursday apparently and not even featured on their website.
