About a year ago my regular vet was on vacation and I needed to have a puppy seen it couldnt wait, I found Media City on Google, after reading their reviews I made a call and was seen with in the hour...Professional, caring, friendly, they spent the time with me to explain everything. Wonderful, wonderful people! Dr Chan and Dr Liz were both incredible throughout the process. My dog had bladder stones and had to have them removed plus a urethrostemy to make him a new hole to pee out of. I was so scared that I was going to have to put my baby down, but Dr. Liz saved his life. She is such a sweet, compassionate person who you can tell became a vet for her love of animals. I cannot day enough good things! Highly recommend.
Over time we've seen all of the different doctors and each one has been wonderful with our dogs. The extended hours are great and the new front office looks amazing!!!
Dr. Liz and staff rule! My cats, Buster and Leroy, are new to Media City but Buster seem to dig it just fine. We'll see how he feels when I bring him back for shots. � Thank you all for making feel welcome and that you actually care about our furry companions. It's refreshing.
