While walking down a busy NYC street, I received a critically urgent medical phone call about my sick parent. my manicure started peeling and chipping as soon as i walked in my apartment door after getting them done. within 2 days, multiple of my nails have broken (this has NEVER happened to me before after going to any place, i have very strong nails) in random places so now there are literal CHUNKS missing of my nails. when i went in to this place my nails were in amazing condition so i don’t know what they used or did on them, but they are so brittle now less than a week after coming here. never again.
Rude. My polish peeled off the next day. Poor quality.
Rebecca got frustrated with me when I told her the overfiling was hurting me. Candy finished the job, though unorthodox, and did alright but my thumb nail paint just fell off and I got them done today. This is the WORST experience I have ever had getting my nails done. I asked for gel nails with the small plastic tip on the end of my nail and they charged me for two services ($120 for my nails to be done).
